Business Systems Manager required to work as part of a Senior Management Team, reporting directly into the Head of IT. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience within a senior managerial level, ideally within Media or FMCG industries; demonstrating proven outstanding inter-personal and communication skills. Strategy planning, relationship management, both internal and external, coupled with people development skills are necessary as is the ability to manage business, systems and project analysis using up to date methodologies; ie, Prince II
Candidates need to show a broad and thorough understanding of various IT technologies and be able to proactively manage and lead all areas within the Business Systems Division. Candidates will be required to work across all areas of the business at all levels and with trading partners and customers; you will be an expert in bridging the gaps between the business and IT.
